  • Fill in details about the loved one: Name, Key Dates, Short Description.

Verify Your Email

  • Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Tribute Montage.

  • Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Photo Selection
  • Use high-quality, clear images to ensure the best results.
  • ​Include a mix of close-ups and group photos for variety.
  • Aim for 40–60 photos for an ideal video length and flow.
 
Video Clips
  • Keep clips under 30 seconds to maintain audience engagement.
  • Choose footage that is stable and well-lit for clarity and quality.
 
Special Instructions
  • Specify the order of photos and highlight key moments to emphasize.
  • Add captions or notes for specific images to personalize your video.

Access the Portal

  • Open your browser and visit portal.tributemontage.com.

  • Log in with your credentials if you already have an account.

  • First-time users: Click ‘Create an Account’ at the bottom of the login page.

Register Your Account

  • Fill out the registration form with your details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address (City, State, Postal Code), Business Name, and Password. 

  • ​Use a strong password that you can remember for future logins.

  • Click ‘Register’ to complete the process.

Upload and Customize Your Video

1. Select a Cover Image:

  • Upload your own or choose from our collection.

  • Preview how it will appear.

2. Select Scenery:

  • Choose a scenic background (e.g., beach, sunset, garden).

  • Browse categories like mountains, ocean, forest.

3. Select Music:

  • Browse our curated library and preview tracks.

  • Select a track that complements the emotional tone.

4. Upload Photos:

  • Drag and drop photos or use the upload button.

  • Arrange the photos in order and add captions if needed.

5. Add a Quote or Message:

  • Pick a meaningful quote or Bible verse, or write your own.

6. Include Special Notes:

  • Add instructions or specific requests for our team.

Review and Submit Your Order

  1. Click the ‘Preview’ button to review your project.

  2. Make adjustments if necessary.

  3. Once satisfied, click ‘Submit Order’.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and our team will start working on your project.

Track Your Order Status

  • Draft: Initial creation.

  • Submitted: Order placed.

  • In Production: Being edited.

  • Review: Ready for your approval.

  • Completed: Final version ready.
